Seabird is bringing the Balearics to Southwark this summer. Partnering with historic tequila house Herradura, the rooftop restaurant has unveiled a Mediterranean-inspired series featuring summer plates designed for sharing, bespoke tequila cocktails, panoramic city views and DJ sets curated by BBE Music.
